Hi, Brian,

You have F17 mirrors site in:
http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/publiclist/Fedora/17/

Just pick one of the mirror and navigate to the source subfloder.
There you have source iso or SRPMs.

For example, look under:
http://mirrors.dcarsat.com.ar/fedora/releases/17/Fedora/source

Or pick any other mirror as said.
