Howto: 32 bit skype, working with a webcam, on 64 bit Fedora 17

Yep, that'll explain it....

After saving the original email I ran....

iconv -f UTF-7 -t UTF-8 Howto.eml  and it came out "correct". 

I don't think it is very common to see UTF-7.
