ftp with TLS auth

try doing:
set ftp:ssl-auth TLS
set ftp:ssl-force true
set ftp:ssl-allow yes
set ftp:ssl-protect-list yes
set ftp:ssl-protect-data yes
set ftp:ssl-protect-fxp yes
in lftp (if you're connecting to an ftp server that uses TLS in explicit mode (i.e. connect on port 21)
