Create a LiveCD with a static-IP config as default in NetworkManager?

I believe you can edit the corresponding file for a connection under

  /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-<connection_name>

Not sure which field though.  You can look at the contents of the
corresponding file after configuring a dummy static IP connection.
