cups-pdf not installed by default, why?

why should it be installed as DEFAULT?

Firefox: print -> print to file -> mozilla.pdf
Libreoffice -> Native save as pdf support

so no, this is nothing everybody needs and things
which only few users are REALLY need should not
be default
