[root at srv-rhsoft:~]$ package-cleanup -h | grep dupes
    --dupes             Scan for duplicates in your rpmdb
    --cleandupes        Scan for duplicates in your rpmdb and remove older


rpm --noscripts -Uvh whatever.rpm
