There is a separate en_CA dictionary:

$ rpm -ql hunspell-en | grep CA
/usr/share/doc/hunspell-en-0.20121024/README_en_CA.txt
/usr/share/myspell/en_CA.aff
/usr/share/myspell/en_CA.dic
