f20 - yum locally rebuilding deltas is so slow

I never pulled them in the past, but I got tired of the error messages, 
never adding the deltarpm=0.  don't know why, so I decided to give it a 
try.  Well it went bust, and I will delete them.  Felt it was worth 
trying at least once.  Ouch.  :)
