GTK3 themes not working on Fedora 18?

Hi!

        You have to enable in Gnome Tweak Tool, this option:  User
themes.
Then you install some theme in  /home/you/.themes   and restart the
session.  When you log in again, they will be shown in Gnome Tweak Tool.
