they WRE in this file and yes not so lang ago i copied
this one to different test-profiles to make my life easier
[root at rh:/data/profiles/thunderbird/harry]$ ls | grep -i filters

i guess some moron has converted them into a sqlite crap in
recent versions - shiny new world
