Via 'yum langinstall el grc' he won't get the fonts.
So, one option without 'texlive' is:
yum install $(yum -x texlive\* search greek | grep .noarch | awk '{print
$1}')
or gradually:
yum search greek
yum install cherry-picked foo bar
