if ld fails reinstall util-linux

there where problems with rpm/util-linux in rare cases
also make sure /etc/mtab is a symlink to /proc/mounts
all the same root cause

[root at srv-rhsoft:~]$ which ld
/usr/bin/ld

yum reinstall util-linx
