If you want this to happen always, there's an option to enable it in
the Mailman settings:
http://lists.fedoraproject.org/mailman/options/users

If you do *not* want this to happen, and that setting is disabled,
there might be a bug in the list software.  You can contact Fedora
Infrastructure on their list for help:
