Nothing, it usually means one of PackageKit yum deps is missing.

sudo rpm -qa | grep PackageKit-yum

you should have: PackageKit-yum and PackageKit-yum-plugin
if not install.

yum-complete-transaction, will fix it, or remove the reminder file.
