Cinnamon desktop icons

That happened to me on Ubuntu 12.04, and I solve it using Gnome Tweak
Tool ->  Show Icons on Desktop,  or instead of this,  Filemanager manage
desktop.
Something like that, I'm translating from Spanish ;-)
