Group minimal-environment doesn't exist

I was facing a similar issue after an f18->f19 fedup-upgrade (Which did 
not work smoothly), related to "xfce-desktop-environment".

Ditching yum's history seems to have remedied it:
# rm -rf /var/lib/yum/*
# yum update

That said, I think this is a bug in yum.
