ABI compliance checker on Fedora 19

maybe  you have some dependencies that I don't have here. I tested with
fedora 18 (Linux WSDEV0001 3.6.10-4.fc18.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue Dec 11 18:01:27
UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Li) and worked fine.
