Setting wallpaper

I am running IceWm on Fedora 19....and it has orphaned the background 
setter I used to use (Nitrogen).
It was convenient because it opened a window of thumbnails of all the 
images...and you could choose one
to be set.

Is there a way to do this in IceWm without Nitrogen ?
