Middle mouse button paste

This has turned selective on some Firefox sites for me. Everywhere else,
it works fine for me (actually issue started from the middle of F18).

Here is what I found accidentally last night: hit Ctrl-V for those
sites and then I can use the middle button after that.

Would be nice to figure out a long-term solution.

Of course, this may not all be helpful to you (in which case, sorry).
