Yes, Davicom always puts the chipset number as partbof the USB PID.
In your case 0a46:9621

Here is the Davicom DM9621 chipset datasheet, in case you feel like
writing your own driver ;-)

Next time, try to get a USB to Ethernet device with at least an ASIX
chipset, known to be of good quality and with drivers for
