Just install the F20 kernel and compile the net module against it.
When kernel 3.10 for F19 is released, repeat the procedure.
Mine 3.10.0-707.fc19.x86_64 is based on 3.10.0-1.fc20.x86_64, so don't
worry.
It's a matter of agreement between Joseph and Peter how and when they'll
implement the code; certainly when it lands in the net-next tree, you
can ping Josh and Justin to see whether it can be applied to the Fedora
kernels.
