Flash plugin RPM installed but not being used by Firefix

Steve,  this was my original problem as I had a 32-bit plugin installed. 
However, I now have 64-bit installed.  I can watch other people's webcams now 
but mine still refuses to work.

It does work in Skype on the same laptop.
