Anyone that can Recommend a Laser Printer

The thing that is blowing my mind and I just don't understand,  Why is 
this 2009 Samsung driver working on a Asus Mini Laptop w/Fedora 18 and 
not a Acer and HP PC towers.

There has got to be something very Simple going on.
