F18 defect in playing CDs.

Can you try it with a different desktop (e.g. KDE or Xfce) to see if
it's a UI problem or a real problem lower down? There's lots of things
that won't work in Gnome3 with adding a ton of "add-ins" (absolutely
silly IMHO).
