Howto convert DEB's to run in Fedora

   From my experience....recompiling the source is heads and shoulders 
above trying to
convert a DEB. If worse comes to worse, I simply do a make install  
rather than trying to create an RPM. I know it's
not the "proper" way...but sometimes work arounds are needed.
