many thanks for replies.

i install asfbin, which worked to convert to mp3 and mp4 files.

now it seems that i need more to view file. error message is;

the playback of this movie requires a Advanced Streaming Format (ASF)
demuxer plugin which is not installed.

but not a real problem.
