Printer discovery broken after "server" upgraded to Fedora 19

Ok, interesting note and possible bug...

When I setup the printers using system-config-printer the default is to
share them, but when I check cupsctl "_share_printer" was set to "0", so I
did a "cupsctl --share-printers".

I also added "cupsctl BrowseRemoteProtocols=dnssd" to the client... no
dice.
