*why* do you *not* read before you reply?

*lodaded* but disabled, disabled does *not* matter in that context

*failed* so no systemd/systemctl magic does not help a lot
someone needs to look in the mysqld log
most likely some outdated config option is set
did you ever use MySQL really?
