OT - Probably the most important shortcut to disable - Firefox quit

Allegedly, on or about 11 December 2014, Patrick O'Callaghan sent:

Be aware though, if you have two windows open, close one *then* the
other, as opposed to a complete quit at once, then a restart only opens
the last closed window, not both of them.
