qcad on remote fedora

This does not give anything.

However, I finally installed qcad-3.4.5-linux-x86_32.run ((http://www.ribbonsoft.com/en/qcad-downloads-trial
 which seems to be GPL. If it is correct then it may come back to the 
distribution!
