Sorry, I should have read your e-mail better.

I do following:

ls -l /dev/bus/usb/001
totalt 0
crw-rw-r--. 1 root root 189, 0 23 jan 08.34 001
crw-rw-r--. 1 root root 189, 1 23 jan 08.34 002
crw-rw-r--+ 1 root lp   189, 3 23 jan 08.34 004

The device 004 is my printer so look your results what group the 003 have.

"Bus 001 Device 003: ID 04b0:0320 Nikon Corp."

What happend if you put your user bobg in that group?
