Code of Conduct warning on "why do we use systemd" thread

I think there may be some constructive messages in that thread, but there's
also a lot of trolling and quite a bit of back and forth rehashing the same
thing. This does not contribute to a good atmosphere on the mailing list.
Please think extra-hard about whether your post contributes in a positive way
before continuing the discussion.
