How to save/export a VM? -

If it is a kvm vm and you are using cow file as the disks back-end, you can
just copy the files to the new machine,
and copy the machine xml from /etc/libvirt/qemu/vm.xml to the new machine
and use `virsh define vm.xml` to recreate it
