DNF utils package?

There is DNF builddep Plugin
http://akozumpl.github.io/dnf-plugins-core/builddep.html
however it is not the same as yum-builddep.


# yum-builddep pulseaudio

yum can work without "actual" local files i.e. yum will find them for us which is super huge!
