F19 Kernel Upgrade/Install Failure - kernel-3.13.5-103.fc19.x86_64

I'm guessing it's more likely the 2nd one. Fix is comment 13, although by now you'd be able to just use the regular repo, no need for --enablerepo=updates-testing.
