Close: compiz.  I use it with Xfce because I enjoy watching the eye 
candy.  And, I use it (also with Xfce) on my laptop so that I can show 
all of the "gosh wow" effects to people who only know Windows.  Then, I 
tell them that the laptop came with Vista and has never had a hardware 
upgrade and ask, "If Linux can do this, why can't Windows?"  I've never 
yet gotten an answer.
