Have  a look at UberGlobal in Australia or the US, they have very 
reasonable prices for shared server, their security is superb and their 
tech and accounts support are exemplary. We have used them as either 
AussieHQ or Jumba for many years, but they are now all the same UberGlobal.
My only complaint is that they won't let me use Ruby On Rails.
