Cannot Upgrade From F20 To F21 Using Fedup.....

Of course you problem is with rpmfusion.  If you check their website you'd find they don't yet have an F21 distribution set up.

Run fedup with --disablerepo to disable rpmfusion stuff. 

Or, what the heck, wait until the official release and until rpmfusion gets with the program.
