XFCE on F21 desktop

I am right now doing a F21 install using the server netinst:

https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/21_TC4/Server/x86_64/iso/

You can choose any workstation gui during the install.  Though labeled:  
Server, it is really for ALL of the installs once you get into it.

I have a local repo of the os which is important, or a very fast 
internet connection.
