netflix play on chrome works (finally)

Will it do Netflix in HD?

Most Android devices cannot do Netflix in HD for some (intentional?)
reason but some Nexus Android devices can.  I don't know the rhyme or
reason to this and the Netflix web page isn't at all clear.
