Windows manager misbehaviour when Mathematica 10 runs

Dear All,

When I run Mathematica 10 on Fedora 20 under XFCE, the windows manager
misbehaviours (for instance, some single mouse clicks are recognized
as two sequential clicks). The issue seems related to the following:

Does anybody know some solution/workaround for this problem?
