I've seen that before, the first running of a new version doing that,
which is somewhat annoying, in itself, as it does allow a kind of user
tracking.  I turned off its check for updates feature, for that reason,
as well as it being that my updates would not be coming from that
source.  But today's pop-up window was a new one.
