rc.local not start at the boot

I tried :

# this is the file /etc/rc./rc.local
/etc/rc.d/dummy-test.sh
#/etc/rc.d/syncronize-java_srcs.sh
su -c '/etc/rc.d/syncronize-java_srcs.sh' programmers

but didn't work

I understand what you are talking Ed, but I am a newbie and yet I am not
able to manage problems concerning SELinux
