I'm pretty sure comcast bought some software written by the CEOs
nephew that looks for things like bit torrent traffic and sends
out these wildly inflated warnings (or maybe it doesn't look for
anything, maybe it just sends them out at random to try and get
people to buy expensive security software).

Since comcast won't ever tell you what they actually saw, there isn't
any reason to pay any attention to these messages.
