Two ideas:
- sign up for test@ list, which is the Fedora QA list. You'll get an email every time there's a new TC or RC for testing, as well as a bunch of test information.
- Fedora Release Engineering Dashboard has a list of all the daily builds that are available for both current (Fedora 21) and Rawhide.
