One of my systems stalls at start-up

1) during start-up I see messages about waiting for display Manager job 
to start and similar about Modem, then after proceeding it stalls at line.

Started Virtualization daemon
r8169 some digits p2p1: link down
IPV6 p2p1 link not ready

This is after in the previous session wireless card had been switched off.

Shall I file a bug??
