Just a thought.  If possible, try to leave at least one of the slots 
next to your graphics adapter empty for extra ventilation, even if it 
has a fan.  My hardware geek tells me that using every other slot is 
best if you have the room because even if you have enough fan power, the 
cool air still has to reach the cards.
