If they're gone from the mirrors, you can find all builds ever in the
build system, Koji. For the kernel,
<http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=8>.

You can also search in Bodhi, the updates system:
<https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/search/kernel>
Individual updates will link back to the specific build.
