WIFi in fedora 22

Special attention to NetworkManager-wifi and NetworkManager-wwan and the correct versions

Well, that would be a problem....  WIFI is "disabled".

If you had the GUI, you should be able to turn them on....  Or, you can use

nmcli r wifi on
