Unknown user 'setroubleshoot'

Hi,
I have some problem to boot my fedora. Those problems was come up with
an upgrade to the last version.
The following is one of the error I find on messages log.
As I understand I need of the setroubleshoot user on passwd... I have
reinstalled some packages about setroubleshoot but none has added that
user to the passwd file.
Also maybe edit the passwd file adding that user is not the best way to proceed.

There are some other errors but I want solve it one by one.
